In September, this male penguin named Elvis together with the 16 other companions was moved to the Penguin Encounter display at the International Antarctic Centre in Christchurch, New Zealand. Possibly it can't get used to the new environment, and developed sore feet. To release their agonies, a pair of blue shoes specially were designed by wildlife experts to protect his ailing feet.
