Mr Liu, the owner of a beauty parlor in Changchun City of China, chose so-called 'creative' ads by painting the advertising info on bikini-clad models to promote his cosmetic products. Apparently not everyone likes, as one witness said, "This form of promotion is clearly in poor taste". Link
