Justin Bieber was caught kissing his "Baby" music video co-star Jasmine Villegas in the back seat of a car in Venice Beach, California!
The pair, both 16, have been rumored to be dating for a few months, although they had insisted that they were “just cool friends”.
Villegas is currently the opening act on Bieber’s new concert tour.
