The 21-year-old country singing sensation had an embroidered dress with flower application from Elie Saab Haute Couture, Ralph Lauren heels and Neil Lane diamond and platinum chandelier earrings and a diamond cocktail ring. Taylor is nominated for Entertainer of the Year, Top Singer and Album of the Year to speak now.
