They have recently announced plans to pull an end to their marriage, but Eva Longoria and Tony Parker mustered up the strength to have a face to face sitdown in Los Angeles Wednesday 1 December. The "Desperate Housewives" actress and her basketball star showed up at a local hotel for lunch, but sources said that a reconciliation is not in the works.




Ceremony at Meetup, an Us magazine insider said: It was just a friendly lunch to work out the details of the divorce. The reunion comes after Miss Longoria delivered his legal papers on November 17, while citing irreconcilable differences in the middle rumors of cheating on Parker's behalf.

Eva Longoria Files for Divorce From Husband Tony Parker

Eva Longoria has officially filed for divorce from husband Tony Parker after three years of marriage!



Just hours after denying reports that they were planning to divorce, the 35-year-old Desperate Housewives actress filed the documents at a Los Angeles Superior Court Wednesday morning, citing 'irreconcilable difference' as the reason for the split, according to a report from People.

It was rumored that Tony Parker was having an affair with a mutual female friend of the couple’s. US Weekly has also reported Parker has been caught exchanging personal texts with her “for nearly a year -- hundreds in just one month”.

“Eva is heartbroken by the betrayal,” a friend of Eva’s said. “Once the trust was lost, the marriage was over. Eva truly thought she was going to grow old with Tony and have children with him. She’s inconsolable." added another pal.

Eva and Tony met in 2004. They were engaged in November 2006 and tied the knot in France back in July of 2007. The two have no children together.

It was also reported that Tony Parker, the 28-year-old NBA star, had filed for divorce on Monday in Texas.

Eva Longoria Divorce: Tony Parker and Eva Longoria Are Divorcing

Eva Longoria and Tony Parker have denied rumors that their three year marriage is over, but a source has just told People magazine that the 35-year-old Desperate Housewives star is planning to file divorce papers of her own in the coming days.



Rumors circulated that Tony Parker was the first one who filed for divorce. TMZ first reported the breaking news yesterday that the 28-year-old basketball player filed papers on Monday in Texas.

According to People, Longoria was "totally and completely blindsided" by reports appearing this week of infidelity by her NBA star husband. She plans to file for divorce “as early as Wednesday”.

Longoria and Parker have been married since July of 2007. The two have no children together.
