In a Chinese Chocolate Masters Contest held in Shanghai March 13, 2007, one of those amazing masterpieces with unique Chinese-style called Guan Gong [wiki], which was made by Hong Kong chef surnamed Gu, won the hearts of all the judges with its smooth and rich taste.
