An over-tightened collar seriously blocked this poor dog's blood circulation and caused its face to swell to the size of a hog face. Luckily, the afflicted animal was recently caught by the residents of Penghu Islands (of Taiwan) and eventually freed by a veterinarian when it was sent to the veterinary clinic. LinkPost Title
