The dog named Xiaohuang watches his owner surnamed Zhou who is too drunken to walk and sleeps at roadside bush in Hualian, Taiwan. Xiaohuang, an abandoned dog, was adopted five years ago by Zhou who is a bachelor addicting the alcohol.
