Hilarious! Referee Jim Quirk takes down the Green Bay Packer linebacker Nick Barnett by the neck, during a NFL game against Chicago Bears days ago! In an attempt to break up a skirmish, umpire Jim Quirk grabbed a kneeling Barnett around the neck from behind with both arms and dragged him backward onto the ground. Quirk was fined $8,150 - his salary for one game--for inappropriate contact, while Barnett won't be sanctioned for putting hands on Quirk .
