Oscar Nominations 2009 Announced

    Nominations for Oscar 2009, or the 81st Academy Awards, have been revealed in California today January 22, 2009. Actor Forest Whitaker and Sid Ganis , Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences President, announced the nomination list (below) of 2009 Academy Awards at the Samuel Goldwyn Theater in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles. As Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt were successfully named in their respective Best Actor and Best Actress category, Brangelina could be the first Hollywood couple who would win little golden statutes at an Oscar.
