A family dispute with his wife caused this man Yu Wen-yi (于文义) to kill his 71-year-old mother-in-law, a 13-year-old nephew and a bicycle caretaker before his arrest in Shenyang, Northeast China's Liaoning Province, April 3, 2007.Local police cornered him in a ward on the eighth floor of the hospital after receiving a call from the man's wife. The police asked the firemen to hose him when the suspect refused to surrender during a two hours' standoff. The suspect was not hurt after falling on the airbed, but he couldn't escape a capital punishment.Tags:
