"Fish man" Martin Strel, completed the 5,265-km (3,272-mile) marathon starting from Feb 1 in Peru when he arrived on April 7 near the city of Belem, the capital of the jungle state of Para, Brazil.
Strel averaged about 50 miles a day during the course of his 65 days odyssey at the source of the world’s second-longest river.
