When David Beckham appeared as a surprise presenter at the Diana Concert introducing Take That, he was sporting a new 'zebra' look - shocking peroxide hair set off with dark stubble.
Yet the striking contrast with his black beard and ice-white hair did nothing to dim his appeal for the thousands of fans in Wembley Stadium.
Clad in brown leather and sporting a handsome smile, it was Beckham that drew arguably the biggest cheer of the night.
This yin-yang look is just the latest in a series of bizarre haircuts for the footballer. While other people change their look with a new dress or piece of jewellery, Beckham does it with his hair.
On what would have been Princess Diana's 46th birthday, Princes William and Harry have lined up a string of pop veterans like Sir Elton John, Rod Stewart, Duran Duran, Fergie and Lily Allen for a six-hour charity show being broadcast to 145 countries. Concert for Diana were staged held in memory of their mother Princess Diana, at Wembley Stadium in London July 1, 2007.
