Malawian government has banned Penstone Kilembe, director of Child Welfare Services of the country, from travelling to London to review the progress of 23-month-old David Banda in the care of Madonna. It was reported that Mr. Kilembe was accusing of "personalising" the matter by obtaining an air ticket to London and money from Madonna herself without the government's approval. Kate Kainja, the Minister of Women and Child Development of Malawi, refused to allow Mr Kilembe to travel to assess the case. The exclusion of Kilembe from the final decision on whether or not Madonna is allowed to keep David may result in the child being sent back to Malawi. Source: Dailymail
