, Miss Teen Colorado, was has won Miss Teen USA 2007 title at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium in Pasadena, California. Hilary was crowned by reigning Miss Teen USA 2006 Katie Blair at the pageant competition hosted by hosted by Mario Lopez. Congrats, Hilary!
