In the Shanghai social security fund scandal which led to Cheng Liang-yu's sack, the Maggie Cheung-look-like Jiangsu beauty Lu Jia-li is a mastermind who either directly sexually bribed high-ranking Chinese official like Yang Zhong-wan, Zhu Jun-yi, or organized for numerous sexual bribery for others like Qin Yu and Qiu Xiao-hua. The 32-year-old has fled from China in 2006 and currently living in an unknown country.
