What you see the image above is the cover of latest issue of People, which features one of the first photos of Harlow Winter Kate Madden and mom Nicole Richie. It is unclear how much People paid Richie and boyfriend Joel Madden for the rights to publish. The 2-month-old Kate Madden was born Jan. 11 at Cedars-Sinai Medical Centre in Los Angeles.
In the mag which hits newsstands tomorrow, Richie, 26, thrills to be a mom, "It's almost like I don't even remember what life was like before her. She gives life a whole new meaning and a whole new purpose."
