Philadelphia police beating led Pilly police in hot waters! A video captured by a helicopter crew of WTXF-TV in Philadelphia during a police chase on Monday shows Pilly officers kicking and beating three suspects pulled from a car during a traffic stop. The three suspects reportedly involved at a triple shooting at the time. But still the police associated with the incident were accused of the brutal law enforcement. The Philadelphia police authorities are now investigating their officer's conduct. Link
