Bill Gates and his wife Melinda Gates were both conferred honorary doctorates in medicine at the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm Jan. 23, 2008 for their work on global health issues through the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Yes, the world's most richest couple definitely deserves the title!
