Wayne Taylor is a 35-year-old New York Police detective. He together with partner Zalika Brown, 29, has been alleged of kidnapping a 13-year-old Brooklyn runaway girl and forced her into prostitution with 20 men at private parties. The couple was charged with kidnapping, unlawful imprisonment, endangering the welfare of a child and promoting prostitution, but plead not guilty. New York Times reported.
