Ali Vincent who won the $250,000 grand prize weighed 234 lbs. when she first went on the show. The 32-year-old hairstylist from the Way Cool Hair Salon and Art Gallery at Mesa Arizona lost 47.86 percent of her total body weight, leaving her at 122 lbs.
