This time Miley Cyrus will appear covered only under a sheet, in other word is topless, on the cover of Vanity Fair May issue.

Entertainment Tonight teased a picture of Miley Cyrus,... on their broadcast on Friday from an upcoming issue of Vanity Fair.
And, though appearances could be deceiving, it looks like the ...star is topless!!!!!
