From ChinadailyA Chinese farmer collects rainfall water converged on a road in Huan County, Southnorth China's Gansu Province, May 22, 2007. The rainfall water after simple treatment will be used as the drinking water for the farmer's family. The Huan County suffered drought since September 2004 and there has been no effective rainfall for the past 32 months.
