Trent Benefield
(center in the wheelchair), 23, one of the men who was shot and wounded in a famous controversial 50-bullet barrage by undercover cops that killed his friend Sean Bell outside a topless Queens nightclub in 2006, was arrested for beating his 19-year-old pregnant fiancee Nela-Page Walthrus (left) on September 25, 2007.
Trent Benefield, allegedly punched Walthrus in the throat, then slammed a car door on her in front of 123-65 147th Street in Queens around 9:49 p.m. last night.
He will be arraigned today on harassment and disorderly conduct. But Walthrus was not cooperating with police and it was not known if she required medical treatment.
