Carla Bruni, the former Italian supermodel, was reportedly secretly married to her boyfriend of two months, French President Nicholas Sarkozy. UK TimesOnline citing French newspaper L’Est Republicain reported a source “close to a witness who attended the ceremony” who said that a “small, very private” wedding took place last Thursday [January 10] at the Elysee palace.
Bruni who was said to be pregnant was proposed by Sarkozy on Christmas Day, being given the same diamond ring as Sarkozy's second wife Celicia.
