Alex Rodriguez divorce? Yes, soon! Wife Cynthia Rodriguez and Alex Rodriguez himself  have filed their respective divorce petition in Miami today July 7, 2008.

Cynthia accused her husband of six years of having series of extramarital affairs in the paper filed in Miami-Dade Circuit Court, while Alex Rodriguez blamed his estranged wife's inability to help work on their problems.

Cynthia Rodriguez, 35, who did not mention Madonna in the divorce paper, wants to be named primary residential parent with shared custody of the couple's two children, Natasha Rodriguez, 3, and Ella Rodriguez, 3 months. She is also seeking alimony, life and health insurance, private school tuition, and equitable distribution of assets among others.
