Hahahaaa...Miss USA 2008 Crystle Stewart repeated the embarrassment that Miss USA 2007 Rachel Smith suffered during the Miss Universe pageant competition last year. When competing in the evening gown parade in the Miss Universe Pageant 2008, Crystle Stewart tumbled and fell down after her high heels got stalked on the train of her gown at the night of Sunday, July 14, 2008.
Because of her faux pas, Crystle Stewart didn't even make into the top 5 list of this year's event where Dayana Mendoza, Miss Venezuela 2008, was crowned in a tiara. Source
