Scott Michael Foster Arrest: Cappie Scott Michael Foster Busted For Drunken Driving in Hollywood

Scott Michael Foster, the 23-year-old actor who starred as rowdy Cappie on the ABC comedy drama Greek, was arrested for alleged driving under the influence in Los Angeles. He was busted over DUI at the corner of Sunset Boulevard and Cherokee Street in Hollywood at 12:20 a.m. on July 21. He was freed a few hours later after a $5,000 bail was posted and scheduled back in court to face the charge on Aug. 11.  Source: 'Greek' star arrested for alleged drunken driving @ USA Today
