Scott Michael Foster, the 23-year-old actor who starred as rowdy Cappie on the ABC comedy drama Greek, was arrested for alleged driving under the influence in Los Angeles. He was busted over DUI at the corner of Sunset Boulevard and Cherokee Street in Hollywood at 12:20 a.m. on July 21.
