It's unknow how Luciana Salazar got hitched to Lionel Messi who was previously romantically linked to teen model Macarena Lemos.
Born on November 7, 1980 in Buenos Aires, Luciana Salazar is 28 years old now, six years senior to 22-year-old Lionel Messi.
At a mere age of 4, Luciana Salazar already recorded her first television commercial. When she grows up, Luciana Salazar chose the model as her career. In fact, she did make a good decision when she later became an acclaimed celebrity in Angentina.
Although her uncle Palito Ortega is a famous Rock n Roll singer and politician in the country, it's believed that Luciana Salazar made a successful career by her own conditions. Like quite some of fellow Latin American female celebrities, she once was hit by a sex tape scandal.
Taking advantage of her exuberant figure, Luciana Salazar has appeared in numerous theatre works, adult magazine covers, Latin American television shows such as "Costumbres argentinas, de las buenas y de las malas" , "Los Roldán", "Amo de casa", "Gladiadores de Pompeya", and movie "Bañeros III, todopoderosos".
In February of 2005 she was voted "Queen of the Viña del Mar International Song Festival" in Chile, and became a very popular personality in that country. During the FIFA World Cup Germany 2006 campaign, Salazar was voted the national football team's representative, a role which many called "Godmother". Currently she is recording her first CD as a singer.
