Singaporean "KO-ed" By The Roadside

drunken singaporean manA similar case once happened in Taiwan.

A man believed to have been drunk was found sleeping by the roadside in the Financial District on (June 3rd) morning.

Two letters of the alphabet - "KO" had been written on the ground where the man was lying. KO is a popular term that refers to a "knock out". It seemed like someone was mischievously using those words to refer to the man's unconscious state.

A passer-by snapped the man's picture with his mobile phone when he found the man sleeping by the road in Cecil Street at around 8.30am.

Fortunately, a red car parked by the roadside 10 metres away from the place where the man was sleeping had prevented other vehicles from hitting or running over him.
