Dennis Rodman, the 46-year-old ex-NBA star was sued with assault and battery in Las Vegas by Sara Robinson, a former beverage manager at the Hard Rock Hotel.
Robinson filed last week, claiming Rodman assaulted her by rubbing against her body and slapping her on the buttocks in March 2006 when she was working in the resort's Cuba Libre bar.
