As part of the sponsorship to China’s national track and field team for 2008 Beijing Olympics, Ping An of China revealed an insurance policy worth $13.3 million for Chinese hurdler Liu Xiang's legs.
"You can't really put a concrete figure on this. They're priceless." Liu Xiang said.
At the same time, Liu, the country's most celebrated athlete, was told that all of his previous achievements would become meaningless if he loses in the next summer's Beijing Games. Tags:
