Katie Cassidy, the daughter of Partridge Family star David Cassidy and ex-girlfriend of Jesse McCartney, was arrested for underage drinking two weeks ago in Tucson when the car she was being driven in was pulled over for a traffic violation.
Katie, the star of The CW’s Supernatural, was born on November 25, 1986. Her blood alcohol level was .16 that night, twice the legal limit in Arizona.
